This patient is missing her two front teeth. She had an old bridge placed years ago, but was ready to improve her smile. Her Maryland bridge was redone and lumineers were placed over her remaining front teeth to achieve this beautiful result.
This patient’s front tooth had a large bonded area that was constantly breaking under the stress of biting and chewing. She wanted a permanent ‘fix’ to what had become a maintenance issue. First, she chose “In-office” whitening to achieve the brightness she wanted. Then, we placed Lumineers on her two front teeth and did selective bonding.
This patient was not happy with the many spaces between her teeth and wanted a new, beautiful, white smile. She chose to have sixteen Lumineers placed, on eight upper and eight lower teeth. The entire procedure was done in just 4 visits. It required no shots, minimal drilling, no pain... and resulted in this beautiful, white smile...just what she always wanted!
One of our most common requests is to close spaces between teeth. Bonding is one way to accomplish this goal, but requires periodic maintenance to eliminate staining and correct areas of normal wear. This patient chose Rembrandt "In-office" whitening and then Lumineers to permanently close the spaces and maintain her white, bright smile.
This patient had numerous problems and was not happy with her appearance. After removal of the teeth that could not be saved, a fixed bridge and porcelain crowns were constructed for her. This combined treatment beautifully restored her smile and confidence.
This patient suffered from severe wear of her teeth resulting in a closed bite, headaches and "clicking and popping" in her jaw joint (TMJ). Full mouth rehabilitation opened her bite and established her proper jaw position through the placement of crowns and bridges, resulting in a beautiful, younger-looking smile and a reduction of her other symptoms.
Lumineers (to straighten teeth) / Whitening
This patient had a large diastema space between her two front teeth, multiple spaces and misaligned front teeth. She whitened her teeth using our Rembrandt "At home" whitening gel. Lumineers were chosen to close the spaces and re-align the problem areas, thus achieving a straight, white, beautiful smile in just a few, simple appointments.
This patient wanted to replace his old bridge and wanted a whiter, more vibrant smile. This was achieved by our one visit Rembrandt "In-Office" whitening procedure followed by the construction of a new anterior bridge.
